If I had a baby by my biological grandfather, what problems can occur?

I have been having intercourse with my biological grandfather for a while now. I just want to know, if I become pregnant with his child, what problems can occur? Please no rudeness, there is no changing my mind so do not even bother talking me out of our love.

obviously, huge pshychological issues, legal ones for him (and maybe you) in most countries and states. other than that, genetically, probably "better" than brother or dad, tied with a cousin (since same 25% overlap, as i count it?). so risky in lots of big ways, genetics might be least of it

wow, thats kinda crazy no judgment at all tho. but just to kno..how old are you it would be easier to explain if you were over 18. your grandfather can get in huge trouble..idk so much you. but defiantly him. but the baby can have a ton of problems. there is no telling. if you are seeing an obgyn you should talk to your doctor about it. she can not do anything what you tell her/him they can not tell anyone else.
